Health, Nutrition and Easy Diet - Wrong Foods Combination


One of the systems in our body occurs in the digestive tract.  That's where our food intake is transformed into healing, and nourishing fuels and compounds which produce the zillions of cells work together for good in our fearfully and wonderfully made body.  Health, nutrition, and diet begin with preventing wrong foods combination.

Food combinations from much varieties taken at the same time will cause different enzymes for successful processing in our digestive tract.  And when these are from bad foods, i.e., junk foods, sugars and processed foods, it will not provide enough enzymes for proper digestion.  Enzymes are the crucial protein molecules which break down the foods to the chemicals for the human body system's proper healthy operation.

Digestion will be inhibited by wrong foods combination and make various levels of suffering from fermentation and putrefaction, to food allergies gas and stools, loose, impacted and pebbly stools and if even blood in the stools.

Experts tell us that undigested substances such as monosaccharides created in the digestive tract become poison to the blood.  Alcohol, acetic acid, ptomaines (carbohydrates), leucomaines, hydrogen sulfides become putrefied proteins and toxin.  Rancid fats create decomposed foods; carbon dioxide, acetic acid, alcohol and fermented carbohydrates (starches and sugars).  If that is not enough to scare us into changing our food habits that are bad, nothing will.

Eventually, these dangerous elements cause complex commonplace issues like painful hemorrhoids, diverticulosis, colitis, etc..

You will find foods combination rules that should be followed to avoid these:

Alkaline: beans and bean sprouts, turnips, carrots, celery, cucumbers, lettuce, watercress, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, millet; apricots, figs, prunes, raisins, dates, grapefruit, peaches, apples, grapes, bananas... in other words fruits and vegetables.

Experts recommend an alkaline-acid food ratio of about four to one, or percent alkaline foods and twenty percent acid foods for a healthy body.

Eat one at a time: a protein that is concentrated.  In other words don't mix fish and beef, or pork and poultry, etc..  Have the other at a meal or one.

Eat alone, at least 1/2 hour after a meal: melons (digests only in the gut); milk; desserts.  Desserts have no food value except if they are specifically made of ingredients.

Factors to watch for that will create bacterial decomposition of foods through the digestive processes are: overeating (beyond normal enzymic limits); eating when drained; eating just before heavy or stressful work; eating when too cold or too hot; eating if there is fever or inflammation; eating when in pain, angry, stressed, nervous, fearful, etc..

The use of alcohol, vinegar, condiments will retard digestion and cause bacterial action and decomposition of foods.  Excessive bacterial activities can create diarrhea, long-term health issues, and losses.

Circumstances that will reduce decomposition of foods are a simplicity of foods rather than mixture; the elimination of factors like stress and anger, and options as opposed to acid.  Taking care that the foods are digested properly to prevent rotting in the digestive process and seeing that foods are properly combined will reduce or eliminate gas, bad breath (due to gastrointestinal fermentation and putrefaction), foul stools and gas.  Proper food combination will make a sweet breath stools and no gasoline.

The following is an example list of some of the best and worst food combinations:

Combinations are veggies and protein; complex starches vegetables; oil and leafy greens; oil and acid.

Fair combinations are proteins and acid-fruit; leafy greens and acid-fruit; leafy greens and sub-acid fruit; acidity.

Bad combinations: protein and starch; oil and simple starch; fruits and starch that is complex; fruits and veggies.

It's sad to say, but we will not enjoy perfect digestion and health until we quit over-eating and respect the natural enzymic limits of our body.  We will have good health once we follow the principles of good foods combination, once we avoid mixtures and types of foods, once we resort to simple meals of one type at a time and once we eat with ease and relaxation instead of in fast-paced and stressed out scenarios.
